I got a suburn today at the beach after being in the sun for two hours without sunscreen and i want to know when my skin is going to peel, if it even does.|||usually when it does|||Sunburned skin should be washed with mild soap in lukewarm to cool water, and patted dry, rather than being rubbed. Some people find that a spritz of vinegar after a shower helps to ease the itching associated with sunburns, and also reduces the skin peel after a sunburn; an application of moisturizer can also help to keep the damaged skin moist, making it less prone to peeling. It is also a good idea to allow plenty of fresh air to pass the site, rather than keeping a sunburn under wraps. Eventually, however, the dead skin will have to go, and some people prefer to let nature take its course rather than trying to reduce the rate of peeling.
About 5 or 6 days, if after that.|||No idea but try and avoid doing this at all cost, it could go against you in a huge way in respect to skin damage and skin cancer.
I have learned my lesson in this respect and always use the best quality sunscreen and if not available I try and avoid staying in the sun for more ten 10 minutes at a time. Also, if you do start peeling avoid trying to pull it off to help it along a little as this at times tends to lead to open wound
depending on the severity of the process.|||your skin peels after a sunburn cause you didnt put sunscreen on and it dries out... next time i would advise you to put on sunscreen and drink alot of water..|||Usually the sunburn starts to peel in 2 to 4 days, it is according to how bad the burn is.|||never, if you MOISTURIZER.... put on aloe vera gel, let that dry, then put on a heavy lotion without fragrance or irritants|||It depends on how bad the sun burn is, if its not that bad maybe a few days, but if its a second or third degree burn, it could take a week or two|||If it were to peel it would take a day or two for the skin to dry up and start peeling.|||dip the area in milk for about 20- 25 mins
it will peal much much faster|||PUT ON SUNSCREEN BEFORE YOU GET CANCER AND DIE.|||it probably will. put on as much lotion as possible to keep it from getting even drier
