What products should i use to get better looking skin?

Hi, im a 16 year old male, that has mild to moderate acne. I currently use Erythromyic to clear my acne, and i believe that in 7 to 10 weeks my acne will be gone. From using the product my skin became more redish, dry, and it just looks old and unatural.
