Will my skin grow used to these ointments and stop being red from them?

I have sensitive skin. My skin gets some redness from the following things that my dermatologist has told me to start using on my skin: Kerafoam 42 and Loprox shampoo (ciclopirox). Will my skin adjust to these after a few months? My skin stopped being red from metrogel after about 3 months.|||Yes it should, but it could take a couple of months.
