Why my skin becomes oily when I am in a air conditioned place ?

My skin becomes oily and appears oily too when I am at some air conditioned place..why is it so ? any tips to avoid it ?|||I%26#039;ve never heard of this happening before. However getting some of those oil absorbing papers should do the trick. They sell them at any drugstore near the facial cleansers.
