Beautician friend tells me they are sebum plugs and need to be extracted by professional....go for a facial and tell them about these before booking to make sure the beautician is able to do %26quot;extractions%26quot;...good luck!|||head....... Knife........ Splice the two....... Job Done!|||look for a foft scrub cleanser and use baby lotion afterwards. it may take about a week or two to v=clear up but your skin will be very soft afterward.- hope i helped
