What are some foods that are good for clearing skin complexion?

I have acne spots and im trying to get rid of them naturally. because chemicals have done me more harm than good. I also need some method for smoothing or removing scars.|||just eat lots of fruits/veggies, drink water, and stay away from the sodas, chips, and junk food. these will make you break out. basically, eat like you are on a diet.|||eat plenty of vitamins, fruits and veggies, also avoid junk. : )|||Vitamin C cream clears hyperpigmentation greatly becuz it stops the production of melatonin and also protects skin from free radicals and uv rays.


Vitamin E Cream can also moisturize and clear marks with regualr usage.





FYI: Things such as drinking more water andu using the bathroom on time can help with scarring and complexion.|||Eat lots of fruits and vegetables[berries, spinach, mangos, avacadoes,etc]! also, nuts, seeds, whole foods(rice%26amp;wholewheat/oatmeal), FISH, and yogurt!





AVOID sugars[including drinks], refined grains [flour/cakes/etc], alcohol, caffiene, saturated fat, GREASY FOODS.





Drinks LOTS of water. Water flushes out poisens/toxins in your body and hydrates your skin giving your face a healthy, clean, glow.





Also, becareful with your makeup. Don%26#039;t wear foundation/cover that clogs your pores!
