How do I get rid of the dry, cracked skin between my breasts?

I have large breasts, and for years now I%26#039;ve dealt with a rough patch of skin between them, from sweating and such. No matter what I do or use, it won%26#039;t go away. When I scrub with a loofa, or body scrub, it gets very irritated and sore, and creams just don%26#039;t seem to help.|||Vaseline will help it, just put a little on in the morning and before going to bed.
