How do you get rid of saggy wrinkly skin after a weight loss?

I am a 55 year old woman who has have gradually taken about 50 pounds off by walking, have been overweight all my life, so now the skin has wrinkles and hangs, gravity is not kind....anyone have any remedies to tone my skin on my legs, arms, etc!!!!|||Over the counter..Try Palmers coco butter...Or any Vitamin E lotions...Avon makes a good skin tighting lotion..You%26#039;ll see all kinds of firming creams over the counter also...Ive been usuing it and it works great .|||U can always consider laser surgery or try some firming cream like Jergens firming lotion.|||They sell toning lotions that are supossed to put elasticity back into your skin. You age is the down fall of this. I know my mother is 53 and lost over 100# over two years. She had alot of extra skin. She could not do anything about it so she had a full body lift. Well she is still getting some of it done, but it is looking better.

I am very proud of her for being able to do it. She is my role model. Congradulations to you for being able to do it too. I think it is great. Health is important and now you can enjoy your life even more being healthy.|||weight training should help alot and keep walking,,,,swimming is also good for arms and legs. Try Curves for a good work out and not to much....it does work. I have tried them...|||A lot of toning exercises. Try lifting light weights. I believe there are a ton of videos for what your looking for. Just get the ones for toning. It might take some time but it will work. And Good for you! Great job!!!
