What is the best lotion for severe dry skin?

Hello, I am 9 weeks pregnant and I%26#039;m dealing with SEVERE dry skin. I can%26#039;t use anything medicated, so I was wondering what are some good lotions you can buy at the store to really help with dry skin? It%26#039;s so bad I itch constantly on my arms and legs. Thanks for reading and your answers.|||Palmer%26#039;s Cocoa Butter is great for dry skin.

They have it lotion form as well as butter form, it will also help you get minimal stretch marks during pregnancy. :)|||Eucerin. It%26#039;s expensive and scentless, but my mom is a family nurse practitioner who specializes in diabetes care, and this is the lotion her clinic doles out to patients. I have used it, too, as I tend to get very dry and chapped skin. It feels more %26quot;pasty%26quot; than %26quot;lotiony,%26quot; but it really does work nicely and go right to work in moisturizing, healing, and protecting your skin. I highly recommend it.|||Urea 10% cream, works like MAGIC for my girlfriend and isn%26#039;t too expensive. Here%26#039;s a link for it: http://www.amazon.com/gp/redirect.html?i鈥?/a>

Was recommended by her dermatologist because it doesn%26#039;t require a prescription.

You should also try taking fish oil supplements too. 2400mg in the morning, 2400 in the afternoon, and 2400 with dinner. You will notice significant improvement %26quot;from the inside out%26quot;.|||Eurcine is the best. It is more of a cream then a lotion. I used when I was on Accutane for my Acne, my face was so dry from the medication that my skin would split open and bleed. Eurcine helped the dryness completely.
