Whats the best way to soften rough elbow skin?

Any suggestions on how to soften the dead skin on my elbow? I%26#039;ve tried lotion, but it doesn%26#039;t seem to do the trick.|||you have to use it every day, several times a day...|||There is a product called %26quot;Bag Balm%26quot; which works great for this.





You can find it almost anywhere, usually near the pharmacy section and it comes in a square green jar. If you google it, it seems like a product that is intended for animal use, but it%26#039;s perfectly safe for people...I%26#039;ve never met an animal who used it.
