But if you want the best for your skin: wash your face morning and night with Clearasil, Oxy or a similar brand. If you have normal skin, it shouldn%26#039;t really matter which brand. As for your body...well just keep it clean. Your face is where you get most blemishes generally.
Shave carefully with a good shaving gel and use a soothing aftershave to prevent razor burn. Wet shaving is actually good for your skin because it exfoliates.
Maybe you could use a face peel now and again.
Drink plenty of water, eat a healthy diet I guess (there is no proven link between unhealthy food and ACNE but a good diet will show in your skin).|||It starts with your diet. Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated, at least 8 glasses a day. Then, eat green vegetables for at least 1 of your meals, add red vegetables for at least another meal. Eat nuts for snacks. Use olive oil for cooking. Then, for a routine, use glycerin soap. Open your pores with steam from a hot shower first. When you have an outbreak, dab it with lemon juice. It kills the bacteria that cause acne.|||Scrub with exfoliating mitt and put cream then sleep on time and drink loads of water.|||drink lots of waterrrrrr
