What are these little red spots on my skin?

Some kind of tiny bug bit me and it looked like it was sucking my blood, I knocked it over and it left a little red spot. It%26#039;s been over three months now.|||The bug was obviously some kind of parasite tht drew blood to the surface before you swatted him. You may never lose that spot, my aunt got bitten by a mosquito over 20 years ago %26amp; still has the spot, sorry....|||malaria ha ha|||i don%26#039;t know. u said it in the question little red spotS plural but in the description u said one spot. if it%26#039;s one spot then it%26#039;s fine. it may have jus been irritated but it should go away soon, but if its lots of spots there r many possibilities. chicken pox, believe it or not, and malaria is also a possibility|||ooooo....chicken pox?!?!?!|||Sounds like bed bugs to me.|||I think is some kind of allergy. If the weather is too dry the skin tends to get itch and more sensitive as an allergy%26#039;s reactions. Sinus allergy for example, can leave little red spots around the nose and mouth as well or seborrhea dermatitis. I would try those cortisone creams sold over the counter to see if it gets better if not, I would try a dermatologist.
