What hair color would be best for pale skin and blue eyes?

I’m really quite fair skinned and I have greyish-blue eyes. I’m 23, but people say I look 17. I started dying my hair my freshman year in college because my “platinum” hairs started to affect my ego. I’ve had it slightly darker than my natural shade for a couple of years now and it does look good on me, but I want something different. I don’t necessary want something that’s going to make me look older or more sophisticated. I want something maybe a little less intimidating and more warm. Would do y’all think, any suggestions? Low lights are like hilights, but instead of on top of your hair they do them on the underlayer, and they are often barely a shade darker then the top layer. It looks really cute. good luck!
